Minister Williams has been working in the mental health and addiction field for 20 years. He has had the opportunity to work with many clients and agencies, including, churches, drug courts, police departments and community service centers, etc.

5H Counseling and Consulting Services is a division of C.R.O.S.S. (Christ Recovery of Saints and Sinners, Inc.) C.R.O.S.S. is a ministry founded by Minister Johnny Lee Williams, MA, LPCC, LICDC in 2002.

Birthed out of the need for providing care and assistance to those suffering from a full spectrum of mental health and social issues from mild to even severe and persistent mental illness.
